As I enter into my 7th year of selling Real Estate many highlights come to mind. This has been a wonderful opportunity for me to share the lifestyle that the Victoria area has to offer. There is no better place to follow your dreams.

I work in the service industry so providing good service is my goal. As a customer I am impressed and grateful when I receive exceptional service. These are feelings I want my clients to experience. As a realtor my job is to provide the information required to work optimally in Victoria’s marketplace. I am continually updating my knowledge and skills, regarding the market and real estate law, through seminars, committee work, relevent courses and continually reading about what is happening in the industry. I have a passion for my work so putting in the extra hours is enjoyable. Over the last 6 years I have accomplished my goals while working with an incredible cliental. I have learned a lot from every deal I have worked on. My growing strengths in marketing and negotiating have given my clients an advantage in a competitive marketplace.As a result of my business success this year I will receive the Royal Lepage Award of Excellence for being in the top 5% or 10% of all Royal Lepage Agents in Canada on a consistent basis (5 of 7 consecutive years).

My background and interests have provided connections with many of the people I meet. I grew up in a small Northern Ontario mining town called South Porcupine. I graduated from Queens University in Kingston On. And Lakeshore Teachers College in Toronto. As a teacher I worked in Sault St Marie, Moose Factory, Red Lake, and Wakham Bay in Arctic Quebec before moving to Vancouver Island in 1975. I completed a successful teaching career in the Cowichan Valley. I enjoy spending time with my 3 children and 1 adorable grandson. I can also be found golfing playing tennis or fishing. Victoria affords me an enjoyable lifestyle and it gives me focus in guiding my clients to their new homes. Each sale brings with it challenges which makes my job interesting.
